Fees for services are agreed upon in writing prior to engagement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Certain services may require recurring billing. Cancellation policies for recurring services are outlined in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Automation Revenue Systems provides services on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific growth results, as outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

All custom work, code, designs, and deliverables created for a client become the property of the client upon full payment, except for underlying frameworks, tools, and methodologies that remain the proprietary property of Automation Revenue Systems.

You grant us the right to use your brand name and project outcomes for case studies and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Automation Revenue Systems LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, nor for any failures or delays in delivery that result from your mobile carrier, network provider, or device. Message delivery is subject to the technical limitations and routing policies of your carrier and is not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for any charges, fees, or data costs imposed by your mobile carrier as a result of receiving SMS messages from us. You are solely responsible for any carrier charges associated with messages sent to or received from our programs, including standard message and data rates.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By participating in our SMS programs, you agree that your carrier's terms of service apply to all messages you send and receive through our programs.

Message frequency varies depending on the services you engage and the type of messages you have consented to receive. Non-marketing transactional messages (such as appointment reminders and account notifications) may be sent as needed to fulfill a service you requested.

Marketing and promotional messages are sent periodically based on your consent and may include special offers, product updates, and announcements.

At any time, you can opt out of marketing messages by replying STOP, or request more information by replying HELP. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional messages required to fulfill a service you have requested.
